February 18th was the most wild, happy and exciting day of my life. Our venue was at The Startup Building in Provo Utah and we were married in the Mt. Timpanogos temple. We did breakfast for dinner at the reception because it is my favorite and Jake is pretty obsessed with it too, so that was a no brainer! I got one bite of french toast that night (people always told me I wouldn’t get to eat anything and I thought yeah right! They were right.) We partied, saw tons of friends and family, and couldn’t stop smiling. The donuts came from Ridley’s market, they were amazing. I wanted to make a donut wall and a bacon wall and it turned out better than I hoped. We didn’t have a professional planner or a huge budget but I was more than happy with every part of it. Wondering what our cake looked like? I made one actually but it fell apart on the drive over, so Jake’s grandparents kindly got us a Costco cake to take it’s place, haha. I’m probably forgetting tons of details but typing with a broken thumb (yep, I broke my thumb!) is hard so ask me anything else you would like to know!
I’m absolutely in LOVE with everything about your wedding! So many fun personal touches! One of my favorites is your use of the greenery in your flower crown and bouquet! Something you don’t see very often, but very simplistic and beautiful! What was your inspiration for that? Big fan of your blog, and insta! ❤️
