Easy Chocolate Chip Cake

I figured it was about time for another recipe. This cake is one of my favorites and the fact that it’s insanely easy only makes it better. So here’s what you’ll need:


  • 1 package of yellow cake mix
  • 3.4 oz vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

It’s this simple. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Now mix together all ingredients EXCEPT the chocolate chips. I like to crack my eggs into a separate bowl before adding them to avoid any eggshell mistakes. Then blend it all up and beat at a medium speed for 2 minutes. Grease a bundt pan and pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes. I let mine cool for about 5 minutes and then I flip it upside down onto a serving plate. Then you can cut and serve! As always, ice cream on the side is recommended 😉
